This spacious 2,200 square foot home has been totally renovated and features access to Birchwood's beautiful private Lake Michigan beach, tennis courts and a children's playground. Stollaway comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in its four private bedrooms. You may also bring your family pet.
	*Stollaway* is furnished with the following amenities: Large Dining Area with floor to ceiling glass walls and stunning views of Birchwood's natural wooded ravines. Easily seats 12+ guests. Overhead ceiling fans and cool window breezes makes for a comfortable dining experience, conveniently located off the kitchen with a pass through window. Complete with dinner and silverware.
Retreat to the Cozy Living Room with natural wood floors, woodburning fireplace flanked by beautiful built in bookcases, and walls of windows. Truly inspirational. A perfect place for reading Katie's latest book
	Private Master Bedroom Offers a getaway from it all. With its own Gas burning fireplace, built in bookcases, living area and deluxe queen murphy bed. Stollaway has a total of four bedrooms: The Main level has 3 bedrooms which sleep 6 (1 Queen, 1 Queen Murphy bed, 1 Full) The Upstairs Bunkroom sleeps 6, all twin beds: (1 bunk bed (2), 2 twin beds (2), 1 trundle/twin bed with pull out trundle (2)
This New Kitchen has it all! Fully equipped and beautiful, just to sit in and enjoy! Abundant cabinetry, oven range, refrigerator with convenient ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, two sinks and garbage disposals, microwave. coffeemaker, cookware, toaster, waffle maker..the works!
	The Attached Screened Porch off the dining area overlooks the gorgeous wooded ravine with many old growth trees. Truly Peaceful...
