Deposits
A security deposit equal to
50% of the rental amount is required on all reservations. This deposit is held as a rental
period commitment and damage security for the rental unit. This is a refundable
deposit, and is Not applied towards the rental amount.
The Deposit is held for the duration of the rental period and refunded within 7 days after
check out, subject to any charges for damage, repairs, excessive cleaning or late check
outs.

Cancellations
Reservations
canceled 60 days prior to arrival date during the summer season,
30 days prior to the arrival date off season, will receive a full
deposit refund. A cancellation fee of $150 or 4% of the deposit,
which ever is greater will apply. Please plan accordingly. Reservations
made 30 days less than 30 days prior to arrival date are not cancelable.
Reservations canceled without the appropriate notice will result
in forfeiture of the entire deposit unless the rental unit can
be rebooked. |
Reservations
All reservations are confirmed
upon receipt of a refundable deposit.Our availability is constantly changing, therefore we
are unable to place verbal "Holds" for available dates. Availability cannot be
confirmed online, please call for confirmed open dates.

Check in - Check out
All check in times are Eastern
Standard Times.
Sorry, but we cannot accommodate late check out requests. Prompt check out is essential.
We have new arrivals scheduled within a very limited time of your check out. We
regret that we must impose a $100 fee for late check out, which will be deducted
from the deposit amount, if guests are still present when housekeeping arrives at check
out time. Check out times are posted on each cottage rental page. |

The total rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival date by check only. If the rental
amount is not received within this period, the rental is subject to cancellation and
forfeiture of the deposit.

Rental Policies
Subletting
of rental units is not permitted.
All rental units are NON Smoking. Evidence of
smoking will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.
Pets: Please refer to the info page for each home regarding acceptance
of pets.
Children always welcomed
Parking is limited, sorry no boats or RV's. |
